Weekly lets commence on Saturday and a deposit of £100 is required at time of booking

The full balance is due 5weeks before holiday commences

Short breaks (minimum of 2 nights) are available during November, December, January & February (but excluding school holidays) and the full amount is payable at time of booking

If holiday is booked within 5weeks of commencement then full balance is to be paid

If for any reason, we should have to cancel your booking, a full refund will be made

If you need to cancel your holiday a refund will only be made if the cottage is re-let. If the cottage can not be re-let the balance of money due will remain deemed to be payable. It is strongly recommended that you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance

The total number of people on the booking form must not be exceeded

There is a total NO-SMOKING policy for the cottage and garden

No portable heaters are to used in the cottage . Any electrical equipment owned by guests must be in good working order

You are asked to take good care of the cottage and contents and we will charge you for any damage to the cottage and contents

You are asked to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy state

Upon arrival you are asked to read the Guest Information folder and in particular the Fire Risk Assessment

Pets are welcome but must not be left unattended in the cottage or allowed in the bedrooms

All bed linen is included in the price. Towels can be hired £5.00 per person

All electricity and gas charges are included in the price

The cottage will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival but if any neccesary maintenance jobs need to be done we might still be there. Cottage should be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure

The keys will be at the cottage ready for your arrival and should be left at the cottage upon departure

There is parking for one car at the cottage. Should there be an additional vehicle then a parking permit for the nearby car park is available and a deposit of £100.00 is requested at the time of booking. This will be refunded when permit has been left at the cottage upon departure.
