Orchard House has 3 bedrooms and all have hospitality trays colour t.v, radio alarm, hairdryer and central heating.

Bedroom 1 ....... has wonderful views across the Wythop Valley to Ling Fell, Sale Fell and in the distance, Skiddaw.

There is a king sized bed which can become a Twin with prior notice and this bedroom has a shower en-suite.

Bedroom 2 ...... is a double and overlooks our large garden and orchard. It has a shower en-suite.

Bedroom 3 ..... is a double overlooking the garden. This bedroom has the added benefit of an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.

From the bedrooms overlooking our garden you will see many visiting garden birds alongside some unusual
ones such as greenfinches, bull finches, tree creepers and woodpeckers. A pair of Nuthatches are nesting in our Cherry tree (April 2008) so we hope to see some youngsters soon

You may also see the red squirrel and Roe Deer which frequently visit the garden.
